Again: Problems with power supply affected VSC-2

At around 08:00 a short breakdown of the 10 kV power supply (responsibility of Wien Energie) stopped all nodes of VSC-2, only the login nodes and fileservers were available for some time.
At about 11:00 normal operation has been resumed.
