Cable damage in "Wienstrom Net" affected VSC-2

On Tuesday, June 26th, 2012, at 15:16, a cable damage in the Wienstrom net has led to a power failure in Simmering and caused a partial blackout on the Arsenal premises. Subsequently the primary pumps in the cooling circuit failed and had to be manually restarted. About one third of the compute nodes of VSC-2 have been affected.

Normal operation has resumed during the day.
