VSC-2, VSC-3: power failure Arsenal, 2015-11-23

There has been a voltage drop on Monday, November 23, 2015, at 08:36 a.m. which has caused ALL nodes on VSC-2 and about 50 nodes on VSC-3 to power off.

Jobs running on these nodes were lost.

According to "Wien Energie" the voltage drop has been caused on the 10 kV power supply by a severe accident associated with a presumable copper theft in one of the transformer stations on the premises of Arsenal.
