VSC-3: start of regular user operation
The test phase on VSC-3 will end -after a transition period- on March 31, 2015.
Applications for regular "funded" or "internal" projects can now be done on the 
VSC service website.
For new projects the usual rules apply.
If you already did have a test project on VSC-3, please specify the number of the test project (70XXX) in the comment field of the application form. Additionally please indicate whether the user accounts and data from the test project should be migrated to your regular project.
